Registration

Information copied from the Internet is not accepted.
The advertiser is responsible for the text, photos and videos it publishes on the Site.
Obscene, raunchy or offensive content is not allowed and will not be validated.
The advertiser is informed and agrees that his IP address is stored for security purposes.
The advertiser is informed and accepts cookies.
Nixos.com manually validates each ad, and reserves the right to remove ads deemed non-compliant without notice.
Only one registration is possible per advertiser.
Nixos.com moderates the ads but cannot be held responsible if the above points are not respected:
The Site has no obligation and does not have the necessary means to ensure the identity of the advertiser and the veracity of the information it provides.
When the advertiser’s account is validated by the Site, the advertiser has access to his ad:
During registration, the advertiser chooses a password and a user name to access his account.
The advertiser is responsible for keeping his password and user name confidential.
The advertiser can modify, complete or delete his information at any time.
Nixos.com does not transmit any information about advertisers to third party companies or persons.
Optional paid features
The use of the site is entirely free, but the advertiser has the possibility of subscribing to certain optional paying features.
The Site offers different means of payment (bank transfer, credit card payments, cash payments).
The advertiser may request a refund without penalty and without reason. However, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the advertiser has started to benefit from the paid services.
Advertisers who violate the site’s terms of use may have their accounts deleted, and consequently the loss of their paid services, without any possibility of reimbursement.

Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal
The service of video on demand/visio chat/photos and other contents constitutes an immaterial service carried out exclusively by digital means.
In application of the article L.121-20-2 of the Code of Consumption, once the download has begun you will no longer have the option of exercising its right of withdrawal and thus request a refund.
The rental or purchase of this Program via download is for immediate delivery and execution, and the User may not benefit from the right of withdrawal, which he/she expressly acknowledges and accepts by validating these general conditions.
In addition, in the event of closure or inactivity of the account, the account balance cannot be returned to the user.

The Site never transmits advertisers’ information, moreover, the Site never intervenes in a discussion or contact between an Internet user and an advertiser.
Obligations of advertisers and Internet users
Internet users and advertisers are solely responsible for the use they make of the Site and cannot hold the Site responsible for any claim and/or procedure made against it. Internet users and advertisers undertake to respect the laws in force.
Any advertiser not respecting the charter of the Site may be marked as “suspicious”, or even be deleted, without notice and at the discretion of the site moderators.
The website is reserved for an adult and informed public.
The site contains texts and photos that may shock some people.
Viewing material and images with erotic connotations is neither prohibited, nor does it violate the laws of your country of residence.
You agree not to show the content of the Site to minors or any other person who may be offended or who does not meet these conditions

General
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law.
The exclusive place of performance and jurisdiction is at the Site’s headquarters in Switzerland.
